Description
The wedge-shaped assault ship combines capital-scale armor and weapons with extensive troop decks, vehicle holds, landing craft, medical facilities, and rapid embarkation routes. Its atmospheric capability permits the vessel to descend near a secured landing zone and unload without relying entirely upon orbital shuttles. Imperial formations retain the class for mass deployment, reinforcement, occupation support, and operations where a durable assault transport must remain close to the surface.
