Description
The immense hull combines a heavy main battery, layered shielding, deep stores, extensive troop accommodations, and a ten-squadron flight establishment. Unlike battlecruisers intended solely for fleet engagements, the Bulwark can descend through an atmosphere and disembark its ground complement directly, allowing it to reinforce threatened worlds without established orbital facilities. The class serves as a strategic reserve for the oversector containing Sullust, protecting SoroSuub production, major hyperlanes, and surrounding naval concentrations.
