Description
The carbine projects a focused electromagnetic pulse capable of disrupting or shutting down electronic systems. Security and technical units use it when valuable machinery must be captured intact or when conventional blaster fire would endanger nearby equipment. Organic targets receive little direct effect unless dependent on powered systems.
