Description
The second Imperator model retains the established sixteen-hundred-meter hull and extensive fleet-command, carrier, transport, and planetary-assault facilities of its predecessor. A reinforced structure, improved deflector system, increased reactor output, and heavier main batteries give the ship greater endurance in a line engagement. Eight octuple barbette mounts dominate the dorsal battery, while distributed turbolasers, ion cannons, and tractor beams provide broad coverage. Its embarked wing, landing craft, armored vehicles, troops, workshops, and prefabricated facilities allow an Imperator II to lead fleet operations or sustain an independent campaign.
