Description
A narrow central airframe, broad engine wings, and two articulated electromagnetic clamp arms allow the LAAT/c to lift an AT-TE or a comparably sized external load. A pilot directs low-altitude flight while forward light laser cannons provide defensive fire during approach and withdrawal. Assault ships carry LAAT/c formations between worlds; the carriers perform planetary deployment and recovery operations.
