Description
The portable node receives and retransmits voice and data traffic across several assigned channels. Encryption, frequency management, and routing controls allow a command section to coordinate subordinate units while limiting unauthorized access. Multiple units may be deployed as relays when terrain or structures interrupt direct transmission.
