Description

The facility rises in a sealed cylindrical structure from the moon’s waters. Seven production levels each contain radial work rooms, cell blocks, sanitation areas, and controlled circulation routes beneath an eighth-level command and intake section. Electrified tunqstoid floors allow a small guard force to control entire rooms without carrying heavy weapons. Hydroelectric systems power the complex, while centralized monitoring, public-address controls, landing bays, and standardized labor schedules maintain uninterrupted production.
