Description
Phase II armor encloses the wearer in articulated plates over a sealed black body glove and provides integrated communications, visual filtering, and protection against fragments, environmental hazards, and glancing energy fire. Its Republic-era production standards make it durable but comparatively expensive to maintain across a rapidly expanding Corps. Existing stocks remain in training, reserve, and specialist service as Phase III production assumes priority.
