Description
The compact hull is constructed around three superheavy turbolaser cannon and the capacitors required to discharge them together. Four quad heavy-turbolaser batteries provide secondary fire while reinforced shields protect the vessel during charging and withdrawal. Monitors operate behind screening formations, striking shield generators, orbital defenses, hardened surface positions, and capital ships from prepared firing lanes.
