Description
The ventral hull is sealed beneath heavy armor in place of a primary hangar complex. Internal volume supports additional reactors, magazines, structural reinforcement, and damage-control spaces. Heavy turbolaser and ion-cannon batteries permit the class to remain in the line of battle, while point-defense cannon and tractor beams protect its flanks. Tectors operate with separate carriers and escorts that provide the auxiliary craft their specialized hull omits.
