Description
A fighter docks within the articulated carrier frame before departure. The ring supplies a class-two hyperdrive, navigation computer, fuel, and transit shielding, then separates before combat. Standard interfaces accept both the TIE line fighter and TIE interceptor families, allowing dispersed patrols and rapid reinforcement without committing a carrier vessel.
