Engineering Star Command
Engineering keeps the Imperial Starfighter Corps flying. This Command is responsible for the maintenance, repair, modification, and continuous improvement of the Corps’ advanced starfighters and support systems.
Role and Responsibilities
Engineering oversees all technical work required to keep Imperial starfighters at peak performance. From routine maintenance to major overhauls and field modifications, the Command ensures that every fighter is ready for combat when called upon.
Maintenance and Repair
Highly trained technicians and engineers maintain the complex systems that make Imperial starfighters the most advanced in the galaxy. Specialized teams handle everything from hyperdrive systems and weapon mounts to advanced sensor arrays and life support.
Development and Modification
Engineering works closely with Imperial research and development agencies to test new systems and implement improvements. Field modifications are rapidly developed and deployed to give Imperial pilots every possible advantage against emerging threats.
