Stormtrooper Command

line

Stormtrooper Command directs the training, readiness, personnel, doctrine, and service administration of the Galactic Empire’s clone infantry. It maintains twenty-four Corps-level formations and assigns territorial Corps to the unified military commands of the Priority Oversectors.

High General CC-2224 “Cody” Commandant-General of the Stormtrooper Corps

High General Cody served as a Clone Marshal Commander during the Clone Wars and was among the most experienced corps-level officers of the Grand Army of the Republic. His elevation to Commandant-General placed the entire Stormtrooper service beneath a commander drawn from its own ranks and preserved direct institutional continuity between the Republic’s clone army and the Imperial Corps.

Stormtrooper Command Headquarters

The Commandant-General is supported by a Deputy Commandant-General, the Corps staff, and the Command Sergeant Major of the Stormtrooper Corps. The headquarters is organized around the following principal directorates:

  • Operations and Readiness — deployment planning, readiness inspections, reinforcement schedules, and coordination with Oversector Commands.
  • Personnel and Clone Establishment — cohort administration, replacements, medical stabilization, retirement, veteran affairs, and liaison with Kamino and Centax-2.
  • Training and Doctrine — recruit instruction, officer development, specialist schools, tactical doctrine, and lessons learned.
  • Logistics and Materiel — Phase III armor, weapons, transport, supply, maintenance, and specialist equipment.
  • Intelligence and Reconnaissance — Corps intelligence, ARC and ARF coordination, reconnaissance doctrine, and operational security.
  • Inspectorate — discipline, standards, command inspections, casualty review, and protection of clone welfare.

The Coruscant Guard

The 1st Corps, traditionally known as the Coruscant Guard, answers directly to Stormtrooper Command for service administration while carrying a special mandate to protect the Imperial capital and the central organs of government. Its responsibilities include the Imperial Palace district, Senate precincts, high-level prisoner movement, diplomatic security, and rapid reinforcement of the Imperial Guard.

During the Republic, Coruscant Guard detachments also protected Kamino and other sites directly connected to the Supreme Chancellor. That tradition continues in the Guard’s authority to reinforce critical government locations. Permanent security of the expanded clone-production network, however, is now the principal responsibility of the 125th Strategic Security Corps.

Central Corps

125th Strategic Security Corps

Protects Kamino, Centax-2, clone transports, genetic archives, training compounds, and other installations essential to continuation of the clone establishment.

233rd Strategic Reserve Corps

Maintains reinforcement Legions, replacement cadres, and a mobile reserve available to any Oversector or central command facing an emergency.

24th Security Corps

Secures Imperial Order temples, academies, archives, transports, and sensitive sites while providing disciplined heavy infantry to Imperial Knights in the field.

1st Corps, Coruscant Guard

Protects the capital, senior government institutions, the Imperial person, and selected missions requiring forces directly accustomed to service near the Throne.

Corps Command Register

The register below records the commanding officers of all twenty-four Corps. Generals normally command established Corps. Marshal Commanders hold Corps command where the formation is newly raised, undergoing reorganization, or deliberately retains the older clone command title.
