The modern Stormtrooper Order of Battle preserves the recognizable organization of the Grand Army of the Republic while reflecting more than two decades of continued clone production, institutional growth, and peacetime garrison requirements.
A standard territorial Corps therefore contains twelve line Legions. This is three times the basic line establishment of a Clone Wars-era Corps, an expansion made possible by continuing production at Kamino and Centax-2 and by the stabilization of veteran aging.

The figures above describe line combat strength. They do not include all headquarters, medical, technical, intelligence, transport, training, or logistical personnel.
A fully established territorial Corps normally contains between 125,000 and 140,000 personnel. In addition to its 110,592 line Stormtroopers, the Corps possesses command staff, signals units, intelligence personnel, medical services, armorers, technicians, engineers, transport elements, supply organizations, training cadres, replacement pools, and attached specialist detachments.
The Corps also maintains organic ARF reconnaissance formations, an ARC cadre, Imperial Commando teams, heavy-weapons assets, combat engineers, and environmental companies or battalions. Naval lift, major armored forces, aerospace cover, and extensive artillery may be attached from the Navy, Starfighter Corps, or Imperial Army according to the mission.
The standard structure is a planning model rather than a restriction. A Corps assigned to a lightly populated frontier may place much of its strength in mobile reserve, while a Corps responsible for major industrial worlds may maintain additional security, marine, and urban-assault formations.
Normally twelve Legions, organized in three Divisions, with additional detachments distributed throughout the assigned Oversector.
Normally eight line Legions, supplemented by extensive capital-security, palace-support, detention, diplomatic, and rapid-response establishments.
Normally eight line Legions divided between Kamino, Centax-2, protected transports, and mobile reaction forces, with unusually large technical and biosecurity staffs.
Normally sixteen Legions, including reinforcement Divisions, replacement cadres, and formations held at readiness for emergency deployment.
Normally eight line Legions, with installation-security groups, mobile Order-support battalions, and specialist Order Support Troopers.
Stormtrooper commanders routinely build temporary task forces from units of different Corps. A campaign may combine a line Regiment, an ARF Battalion, an airborne Company, an Imperial Commando team, and attached Army armor beneath a single operational headquarters. Such task organization does not alter the permanent parentage of the participating units.
Territorial Corps remain administratively subordinate to Stormtrooper Command. When assigned within an Oversector they operate through the unified territorial command, alongside but never as part of the numbered Imperial Army assigned to the same region.
