Imperial Air Support Division
The Air Support Division provides close air support, reconnaissance, and atmospheric transport to Imperial Army ground forces. It operates in coordination with the Imperial Starfighter Corps but remains under Army command for direct battlefield support.
Role
Air Support units deliver precision strikes, suppress enemy positions, provide aerial reconnaissance, and transport troops and equipment rapidly across the battlefield. They are critical for maintaining momentum during ground offensives.
Equipment
The Division fields gunships, atmospheric bombers, reconnaissance craft, and heavy transport vehicles. These assets allow the Army to project power quickly and respond to threats with overwhelming aerial firepower and swift deployment.
Status
