Imperial Logistics Division
The Logistics Division is responsible for the supply, transportation, maintenance, and sustainment of the Imperial Army. It ensures that troops, vehicles, and equipment remain operational across vast distances and extended campaigns.
Role
Logistics officers and units manage the vast supply chains that keep the Imperial Army fighting. They coordinate the movement of personnel, ammunition, fuel, food, spare parts, and heavy equipment from rear bases to the front lines.
Organization and Capabilities
The Division operates massive convoys, orbital drop ships, repulsorlift transports, and maintenance depots. It includes specialized units for medical evacuation, field repairs, and quartermaster services. Without the Logistics Division, even the most powerful Army formations would quickly grind to a halt.
Status
Often operating behind the scenes, the Logistics Division is the silent backbone of Imperial ground power. Its efficiency and scale allow the Empire to sustain military operations on thousands of worlds simultaneously.
