The Sub-Adult Group

The Sub-Adult Group, commonly known as SAG or SAGroup, is COMPNOR's voluntary youth civic organization. It offers young citizens structured opportunities for learning, recreation, community service, and preparation for adult civic life.

Membership

Membership is open through local chapters with the consent required by applicable family and planetary law. Programs are organized by age and ability, with trained adult supervisors and published standards of conduct. Participation is not a condition of schooling, citizenship, or future government employment.

Branches

• SAGEducation provides extracurricular civic learning, tutoring, practical skills, and educational enrichment.
• SAGRecreation provides athletics, outdoor activities, arts, clubs, and interchapter events.
• Motivation maintains member standards through mentoring, corrective discipline, conflict resolution, and personal development.
• Recruitment explains membership, trains chapter organizers, and conducts honest outreach to families and communities.

SAGroup Headquarters

SAGroup Headquarters coordinates the organization's four divisions, maintains common standards, and carries instructions between central leadership, sector offices, and local chapters. It does not replace the divisions in their specialist work; its purpose is to keep Education, Recreation, Motivation, and Recruitment operating as one youth organization.

Civic Service

Chapters assist with memorial observances, local improvement projects, relief collections, environmental work, and support for elderly or displaced citizens. Activities are educational and civic; young members are not used for policing, intelligence collection, or combat.

Safeguards and Partnerships

SAG coordinates with families, schools, the Ministries of Education, Culture, and Health, and lawful local youth authorities. Supervisors are vetted, complaints can be referred outside the local chapter, and health and safety standards apply to every activity. The organization's success is measured by the capable citizens it helps form, not by enrollment totals alone.

Leadership

The Director-General represents SAG on the Select Committee. Its four Branch Directors form the coequal program tier beneath the Director-General, while sector and local chapter officers administer activities in the field.
