Sub-Adult Group Recruitment

SAG Recruitment carries the Sub-Adult Group into every community capable of sustaining a chapter. It seeks promising young citizens, explains the obligations and advantages of membership, builds local organization, and maintains SAG as the natural first path into disciplined Imperial service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct school, family, civic, and public recruitment campaigns.
• Identify prospective leaders and direct them toward appropriate chapter programs.
• Train recruiters and maintain uniform information on duties, standards, safeguards, and opportunities.
• Establish chapters with qualified leadership, secure facilities, sound finance, and all four SAG branches.
• Extend participation to remote, poor, disabled, and minority-language communities throughout the Empire.

Incentives and Pathways

Recruiters may advertise scholarships, competitions, travel, technical instruction, public recognition, academy preparation, and introductions to COMPNOR, civil, and military careers. These are genuine advantages of participation, but no recruiter may promise an appointment, commission, contract, or legal preference that the receiving institution has not authorized.

Voluntary Enrollment

Recruitment is energetic, persistent, and proud of its purpose. It remains truthful and age-appropriate. Schools and public institutions may host and support SAG, but enrollment goals do not permit false claims, compulsory membership, or retaliation against a young citizen or family that declines.

Chapter Strength

A chapter earns loyalty by demanding worthwhile service and producing visible achievement. Recruitment therefore measures success not only in enrollment, but in attendance, advancement, retention, conduct, and the later service of its graduates.
