ISB Interrogation provides specialist questioning, debriefing, and interview support for internal-security cases. Its purpose is to obtain accurate, usable information, not merely a confession.
Sessions are authorized, recorded, medically safe, and conducted by certified personnel. Interviewers identify the subject's status and applicable procedural protections. Information obtained is corroborated wherever possible because exhaustion, fear, suggestion, and coercion produce unreliable intelligence.
Torture, unauthorized medical experimentation, punishment disguised as questioning, and the use of family members as leverage are prohibited. Emergency circumstances do not make false information useful or remove command responsibility.
Interrogation reports return to the case officer or requesting authority. The branch does not determine charges, sentence detainees, or control long-term confinement. Custody remains with the lawfully designated institution and prosecutions with the competent prosecutor.
